Yes, the hot tub must be full on arrival for our engineer to perform a service.
No, to perform a service we require it to be in full working condition. If the spa is not in full working condition please speak with a member of staff who can help further with diagnostic costs for repairs faults.
We require someone to be present while any service or repair is carried out at your property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our engineers do not supply chemicals unless stated otherwise. We will only use your chemicals to dose the hot tub if required to.
Spa Repairs Limited offer many means for payment such as: personal credit/debit cards, Cash or Bank Transfer if paid prior to appointment. Businesses will be surcharged 2% extra for business card use.
We can source 90% of hot tub parts within the spa industry. Our engineers hold stock of popular parts. If a part is required, it can be ordered by a member of staff.
We are OPEN however all retail showrooms will remain shut until further notice.
