Do i need my hot tub full?

Yes, the hot tub must be full on arrival for our engineer to perform a spa flush service.

My Hot Tub is not working, can it be serviced?

No, to perform a service we require it to be in full working condition. If the spa is not in full working condition please speak with a member of staff who can help further with diagnostic costs for repairs faults.

Do i need to be at home for the appointment?

We require someone to be present while any service or repair is carried out at your property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Do they bring chemicals?

Our engineers do not supply chemicals unless stated otherwise. We will only use your chemicals to dose the hot tub if required to.

How can i pay for a service?

Spa Repairs Limited offer many means for payment such as: personal credit/debit cards, Cash or Bank Transfer if paid prior to appointment. Businesses will be surcharged 2% extra for business card use.

Do you provide parts if i need them?

We can source 90% of hot tub parts within the spa industry. Our engineers hold stock of popular parts. If a part is required, it can be ordered by a member of staff.
