I could not recommend Posh Spas more highly! We did try other hot tub specialists in the Peterborough area and found them to be unprofessional and rude. Posh Spas have a wide range of good quality hot tubs to choose from and as a customer myself, the service I received from purchase to installation was great. Very satisfying when a company fulfills the promises it makes at point of sale. All of their guys are very friendly, polite, and helpful and they have been more than helpful with any queries we have had since owning our spa. It is rare these days to find a company having such pride in their work and loyalty to their customers. It is always a pleasure to deal with Posh Spas.

The only showroom I visited where I was able to get answers to my questions regarding pump specifications. The whole team from showroom to installation I found to be polite and helpful. Over all a great hot tub backed up by professional service. Thank you.

Excellent service, I made it clear I was not planning to buy for 12 months, yet the young lad(the son I think) still took the time to talk us through the spas and advise what to do in preparation during a building project, very clear honest and knowledgeable with no hard cell, honest information with regards to finance and the best way to purchase. They will get our business in 12 months.

From entering the showroom we were welcomed with great service and in-depth knowledge of the products. After purchasing our new ‘Cal Spa’ the delivery was fast and we were given full guidance on how to use and look after the tub. The after care has been wonderful too when we have since visited to discuss recommended products and phoned with technical questions. Highest recommendation, thank you all.

We went to Posh Spas on a personal recommendation from a friend who had recently purchased a hot tub. We were welcomed and looked after by Nick on our first visit and patiently explained the benefits of each. At no point as there any 'hard sell' and we felt very comfortable looking. We returned a few days later to leave a deposit after researching features and prices - and Posh Spas couldn't be beaten. Delivery via a crane (our side access is very tight) was organised and turned up when promised. The installation was handled expertly and we were given a thorough demo of our new hot tub. We felt very happy knowing we were well looked after and the after-care service is already in place to protect our investment. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub or swim spa. It's not often you see great value and strong ethics from a family run business.

From the moment we entered the Posh Spa store to the installation date our experience of this family run business couldn't have been more positive. Nick at the store couldn't have been more courteous considering we popped in 15 minutes before closing. He was so informative and there was no hard sell. We had been considering purchasing a hot tub for a few years and had looked at dozens up to this point. We confirmed our purchase with Nick that afternoon! We were kept informed throughout about delivery dates and when Andy, Mark and Ayrton arrived to install the unit we knew we had made the right decision in going with Posh Spas. What an absolutely wonderful company they are to do business with! Unfortunately, that's a rarity nowadays but we are so pleased we delayed our purchase until we found Posh Spas. We were given so much information about the hot tub and we feel confident in being able to look after and run our wonderful new tub. Thank you to everyone and we look forward to many years of tub collaboration with you. We would highly recommend Posh Spas to anyone looking at investing in this luxury item. You will be in good hands if you do!

Brought a hot tub from posh spas a few years ago and wanted the spa moved to a different place in the garden. They moved it with no charge as we are very close to them they also managed to supply a replacement cover at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend them enough

From the moment you walk into the showroom right through to the installation you know you have made the right choice with posh spas,Nick in the showroom gave us excellent service very knowledgeable about the products he was selling and no pushy sales.Andy and Ayrton who did our installation could not of been more professional nothing was too much trouble they did everything that suited us and gave us the time to show us all we needed to know about our hot tub.if you are thinking about buying a hot tub or spa then I would recommend posh spas.
