what images do i need to upload?

You will be required to upload images starting from the front of your property, leading to the back garden where the hot tub will be situated.

Will i need an electrical supply?

Depending on the model you have chosen the spa may need either a 13amp outdoor plug socket or a 32amp outdoor installation from the mains fuse board.

What size base do i need?

The base must alway be a level hardstanding which is bigger than the size of the hot tub to allow the load to spread.

Do i need a hose pipe?

Yes, however our teams normally carry them on the delivery vehicles. you will require a hose pipe for the future so its best to have it ready for your installtion.

Will i need to take down my fence/gate?

Yes, the removal of all obstacles such as fences or gates must be completed prior to your delivery to prevent delays.
